Stacks cheese boards from three lines using line tracking to pickup the boards on the fly. Stacks start with a robot assembled angle iron frame and double board as a starter stack. Stacking robots stacks boards until the proper count is achieved, then they switch at their second stacking station. Prestacks and full stacks are shuttled in and out of the stacking stations via a custom designed one ton shuttle. Full stacks receive two boards and an iron top. Angle iron frames are assembled using 3D vision to find the frame in a stack. Fininshed stacks are banded and removed from the line.
